At a time when organizational transition, tremendous growth and building a new state-of-the-art headquarters were all taking place simultaneously, a progressive Principal at Smallwood knew it was time to transform their brand. For over twelve months leading up to the company’s 40th anniversary, we worked closely with their leadership team to develop a brand strategy and evolve the visual identity, which emphasizes Smallwood’s role as a foundation to unleash human capacity through multi-disciplinary architecture and interior design.
